A NOTE ABOUT BELTS
Lobo Gun Leather holsters can be made to fit a variety of belt widths.
The fitting of the holster to the belt is critical to maintain constant holster positioning and proper retention of a handgun.
Unless otherwise specified by the customer at time of ordering, holsters will be made to fit a belt 1.5" in width with a thickness not exceeding 0.25".
NOTES ABOUT FIREARM STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
All leather articles have a tendency to collect and hold moisture, from the atmosphere, from the user's body, and other sources.
Firearms should never be stored in a leather holster or case. After each use the weapon should be removed from the holster and wiped down with an oily rag or silicone-treated cloth.
Holsters should be stored separately in an area having good air flow so that any residual moisture will evaporate out.
Should your holster ever become saturated with water, allow it to air-dry naturally. If the fit or finish are compromised, contact me and I may be able to assist you in returning it to original specifications.
The leather we use:
Leather is a natural product that comes from cows. This is an animal that scratches itself on fences. Insect and mosquitos will bite them and leave marks on the skin/hide of the animal. This causes scars and hard spots in the leather that will not allow dye and finish to absorb as evenly as other parts of the hide. We feel this is part of the character and story of the animal that is used to make your holster. Put simply: you own a part of an animal's life story.
